Control tower, arriving from practice area, landing
Contacting tower for instructions
When flying to the airport, you have to call the control tower and inform who you are, where you are and your intentions (example: touch-and-go, landing, etc.). Also, inform the current ATIS information.
Example:
"Opa-Locka tower, 245CG, 10 miles Northwest (NW), 1000ft, with information A, for landing."
